Tripura Urban Livelihoods Mission (TULM) Society is a registered Society under Tripura Co-operative society’s act 1974 established by the Urban Development Department, Government of Tripura for implementation of National Urban Livelihoods Mission in the State. Tripura Urban Livelihoods Mission aims to social and economic empowerment of the Urban poor and women of the State.
